our story
Crossroads Church was established to be a welcoming environment to people of any background, race, and economic group. The first meeting took place at Memphis Pizza Cafe on Getwell Rd. In February of 2017, the first service was held at DeSoto Central Primary School. One month later, the church secured a facility and began regular services, where we still continue today.
Crossroads Church was formed with the intent that we live by faith, be known by love, and reach those far from God.
Our ongoing desire is to see God thrive through His people. We passionately believe that "people are better healed than whole."
We are a non-denominational church that is conservative in our biblical beliefs but evangelical in our faith. We thank God that He is not finished writing our story. We praise the Creator as He continues to lead us. We work diligently to be a church family that provides a strong support system to each other and those outside the walls of our building.
MAY 2024 NEWS UPDATE:
Crossroads has experienced phenomenal growth over the past few months. We have also faced many obstacles in our current location. Thankfully God always provides, but it is not always in the way that we would picture it.
Heartland Church is graciously opening their doors for Crossroads to hold worship services in their space on Sunday evenings while we are preparing and building on our land. Heartland’s generosity is a huge blessing, and we do not take it lightly.
