Wayne Hill is a native of Southaven, Mississippi and a graduate of Southaven High School. He received a bachelor's of science degree in Biblical studies from Blue Mountain College and a master's of divinity degree from Memphis Theological Seminary. Wayne spent eighteen years in youth ministry before becoming a lead pastor. Wayne currently serves on the Faith Community Formation Committee for the United Methodist Conference and is a consultant coach for the Readiness 360 Program. He and his wife, Geri, have been married for 25 years and reside in Senatobia, Mississippi. They have one child, AnnaBeth, who is married to her best friend, Oliver Harrison.
