Wayne Hill
Pastor
Wayne Hill is a native of Southaven, Mississippi and a graduate of Southaven High School. He received a bachelor's of science degree in Biblical studies from Blue Mountain College and a Master's of divinity degree from Memphis Theological Seminary. Wayne spent eighteen years in youth ministry before becoming a lead pastor. He and his wife, Geri, have been married for 27 years. They have one child, AnnaBeth, who is married to her best friend, Oliver Harrison.
JESSE LUGAR, WORSHIP
Jesse is proud to be a member of a missions-minded family that has been based out of Southaven for the last 20 years. He and his brothers were born in Seoul, South Korea, and have had the privilege to live and move around the globe with the Network of International Christian Schools. After graduating from a NICS school in Lima, Peru, Jesse earned a teaching degree from Ole Miss which has allowed him to teach Special Education for DeSoto County Schools for the past two years. He is presently working towards a Master’s degree from William Carey University with plans to continue working with students with critical needs. God has given Jesse the passion and opportunity to lead others in praise and worship through music since 2008. He loves working with musicians of all skill levels who share a desire to worship the Lord.

CARLEY WALKER, CHILDREN
Carley Walker is the children's ministry director at Crossroads. Carley is a student at the University of Memphis majoring in Elementary Education. Carley was an active leader in children's ministry at Getwell Church for 5 years and interned in children's ministry there last summer. She was a little unsure about leaving the church she grew up in to come to Crossroads but as soon as she came, she felt at home. GERI HILL, STUDENT MINISTRY
Students are important to us which is why we offer ways for involvement and growth. 6th - 12th graders are invited to join us on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. for worship and Bible study specifically designed for youth.
Geri is an Alcorn County native, a graduate of Biggersville High School and Blue Mountain College. She has been married to Wayne for 27 years, is AnnaBeth's mom, and Oliver's mother-in-law. Geri has a special affection for education and works for DeSoto County Schools.
